Welcome to Eden Rooftop. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (edenbyxo.com), our reservation services, and your visits to our venue in Sint Maarten. Eden Rooftop is a rooftop restaurant, bar and events venue operated under XO Night Life in Sint Maarten. References to “Eden,” “we,” “us” or “our” in these Terms refer to Eden Rooftop and its operators.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes: browsing our menu, viewing our gallery, making reservations and contacting us. You agree not to:
We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance, updates or any other reason, without notice.
3.1 Booking. Table reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or by contacting us directly. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team.
3.2 Accuracy. You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, including your name, contact number, date, time and number of guests.
3.3 Holding times. Reserved tables are held for [15] minutes past the reservation time. If your party has not arrived and we have not heard from you, we may release the table to other guests.
3.4 Changes and cancellations. Please inform us as early as possible via WhatsApp if you need to change or cancel a reservation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of suspected fraud, venue capacity issues, weather conditions, private events, or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, we will notify you in advance and offer an alternative date or time.
3.5 Large groups and events. Bookings for large groups, private events and celebrations may be subject to separate arrangements, including minimum spend requirements or deposits. Any such conditions will be communicated and agreed before your event is confirmed. Deposits, where applicable, may be non-refundable in the case of late cancellation or no-show; the applicable terms will be stated at the time of booking.
3.6 Weather. Eden is an open-air rooftop venue. In case of severe weather, we may need to adjust seating, delay service or, in rare cases, close for the evening. We will make reasonable efforts to contact affected guests and rebook reservations. We are not liable for costs you incur (such as travel) due to weather-related changes.
4.1 All menu items, descriptions and prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to change without notice. The menu and prices applicable are those presented at the venue at the time of your visit.
4.2 Dish availability may vary based on seasonality and supply. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw menu items at any time.
4.3 Prices are stated in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and service charges, where relevant, will be indicated on your bill.
4.4 Allergies and dietary requirements. Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, and other allergens. While we take care with dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of allergens. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. You order at your own discretion.
5.1 Right of admission. Admission to the venue is at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave in cases of intoxication, aggressive or inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with venue rules, without refund.
5.2 Alcohol. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests of legal drinking age. Our staff may request valid photo identification and may refuse service at their discretion. It is your responsibility to consume alcohol responsibly and to arrange safe transport.
5.3 Minors. Guests under the legal age must be accompanied by an adult. During late hours and special nightlife events, age restrictions may apply; these will be communicated for the relevant events.

By entering the venue during such times, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in promotional material. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.
6.1 Private events, birthdays, corporate bookings and celebrations are subject to availability and to a separate confirmation from our events team.
6.2 Event quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Final guest numbers, menus and arrangements must be confirmed by the deadline communicated to you.
6.3 Where a deposit or minimum spend applies, the amount, payment schedule and cancellation terms will be agreed in writing (including via WhatsApp or email) before confirmation.
6.4 We reserve the right to cancel an event booking in exceptional circumstances (including force majeure, safety concerns, or government restrictions). In such cases, any deposit paid for the cancelled event will be refunded or, at your choice, applied to a rescheduled date.
